By purchasing from our website (nintibaby.com.au), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
PAYMENTS
Ninti Baby accepts payments via Square, Paypal or direct deposit/cash by arrangement. Payments must be received in full and cleared before your order will be dispatched. Note that if you pay via Paypal eCheque, your order will not be dispatched until funds have cleared (typically, 5-7 working days). Paying by Paypal eCheque presents the risk that your order may not be fulfilled when funds have cleared as the item(s) may have sold out in the interim. If such is the case, the customer will be informed and alternative item(s) or refund will be offered. Note all pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD) and as a hobby, no GST applies.
PROCESSING
Order processing begins immediately after your payment has cleared and an order confirmation email has been generated. In some circumstances, orders may be changed, altered or cancelled once processing has commenced depending on the stage of processing of the order.
COUPONS
Coupons must be entered at the time of sale in order to be valid. Coupons are not valid on sale items, gift packs or gift vouchers (unless otherwise specified). Please check your cart total prior to payment to ensure your coupon has been applied. Coupons cannot be applied once an order has been paid for. Only one coupon can be applied per order.
SHIPPING
All Ninti Baby orders are shipped via Australia Post or courier. Standard postage is a $9.95 flat fee per order within Australia and New Zealand and includes tracking.
As a WAHM I endeavour to ship items within a week of payment clearing but this is not always possible. If an order is urgent please check beforehand that I have available stock and that no items are on back order. I can arrange express post if required (*per the terms as specified in the Express Post Delivery Network)..
If there is a delay to your order being shipped, Ninti Baby will let you know as soon as is reasonably practicable. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched, detailing your consignment number and carrier. Please ensure you track your order. If your order is returned to sender due to incorrect address, failure to collect or other reasons, a re-delivery fee of $12.95 is payable prior to re-ship, plus a $20 Returns Penalty charged to us by the carrier.
Please ensure you check your shipping address on the checkout page prior to payment as this address cannot be altered once processing has commenced.
BACKORDERED ITEMS
Please note if you backorder any item then your entire order will not be despatched until the backorder can be fulfilled, unless an additional postage fee is paid by the customer.
Estimated arrival date is the date at which stock will arrive at our warehouse, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your backorder to be shipped per the above shipping terms. Please note estimated arrival date is an estimate only; delays to the arrival/clearance of containers may occur and this is out of our control. Ninti Baby a will attempt to keep you informed as and when delays are made known to us. Please note any delays outside of our control do not warrant claims for compensation.
PREORDERED ITEMS
Preordered items will ship as soon as available from our manufacturer. All dates are estimated and you will be updated if any delays occur on pre-orders as soon as practicable
RETURNS
Please note Ninti Baby does not exchange unless exchange items are in stock and available. All return and replacement postage to be paid for by the customer.
If you wish to change size or style then please re-order and return your original item for a refund or credit. We offer refunds on full priced items only if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase. Items will only be refunded if they are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. To return an item, please post to 1195 Dandenong-Hastings Rd Langwarrin 3910 and email a tracking number, reason for return and a copy of your order details to Ninti Baby.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is to be paid for by the customer. Please make sure that returns are packaged securely and are posted using a traceable method (such as Registered Post). Please note we take no responsibility for items lost in transit. Note refunds are only processed once goods have been received, inspected and confirmed as resellable. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Items purchased using a coupon may be returned for a store credit only if returned within 14 days of purchase.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are strictly non-returnable (no exchanges or refunds) so please choose carefully when purchasing. This includes promotional deals where a discounted or free item is given (such as Buy x, Get y).
FAULTY ITEMS
Ninti Baby appreciate your purchase and aim for 100% satisfaction. Please contact Ninti Baby immediately should there be any issues upon receipt of your order. Ninti Baby can assist you with your return of a faulty item by offering you a number of solutions including replacement, credit or refund. Ninti Baby will only offer you a repair, exchange, credit or refund if the goods are returned within a reasonable time (being 6 months from the date of purchase), proof of purchase to our satisfaction is provided, and upon assessment the item is considered faulty or is considered to hold a manufacturing fault. We will not offer an exchange, credit or refund of any item where fault or damage has been caused by the wearing of, or incorrect caring for, the item. Please note that general wear and tear, including pilling of fabric, is not grounds for a faulty replacement.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers may be purchased for a minimum value of $30 and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please note gift vouchers are only redeemable for product via www.nintibaby.com.au. Please choose carefully as we do not refund gift vouchers.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. We will not disclose any information submitted by you to any third parties, nor will we keep any of your payment details on file. We may use your email address to update you on your order or similar products. You can opt out at any time.
LAW
The above terms and conditions are additional to your basic rights under by Australian Consumer Law.
